Ezrat Moshe Clinic

Ezrat Moshe Clinic was established by Esther Topas Friedman, CRNP, as a community resource in memory of her beloved brother, Moshe Topas. Moshe’s core values included community outreach, and Esther’s clinic embodies that conviction. Ezrat Moshe Clinic does not charge a co-pay for services and only bills insurance. Patients without insurance are seen as well. Ezrat Moshe offers after hours and weekend appointments. Donations are accepted and can be made at patient’s discretion.
